Payment options in Kaista
You can pay for taxi trips in a way that best suits your company's needs.
Card payments
You can use a payment card without a separate payment agreement. We use Stripe as our payment processor, ensuring secure card payments.
The payment card is charged only after the taxi driver has accepted each trip. Receipts are stored in MyKaista, where they can be easily retrieved for financial management processing.
Billing agreement
You can apply to become a billing customer, in which case Kaista will invoice your company for completed trips with a consolidated invoice afterwards.
One electronic invoice, one invoice verification, and one invoice payment significantly ease the burden on financial management.
This is how taxi rides work on Kaista
By centralizing taxi ride management with Kaista, your company saves time and money, allowing travelers to focus on what matters.
1. Order
Order one or multiple travel passes at once. You can set different restrictions for the rides if needed:
- Validity period
- Allowed usage limit and area
- Maximum distance limit
- Target restriction
2. Send
- Send the order link to passengers via email or text message either with the order or when the trip is upcoming.
- With the link, the passenger will receive instructions on how to order a taxi.
- The trip is charged only after the driver has accepted the order.
3. Track
- In MyKaista, you can manage and track the execution of ordered trips in real time.
- If needed, you can modify the number and limitations of ordered trips, as well as order additional trips.
