The accessibility statement explains how well the service meets the requirements of guidelines and how you can provide feedback to our company regarding the accessibility level of the service.
General information
This service is provided by Taksikuutio Oy. Taksikuutio aims to achieve at least level AA conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 for digital services. WCAG is an international standard for web content accessibility.
A separate accessibility statement has been prepared for each digital service of Kaista. The accessibility statement explains how well each service meets the requirements of the guidelines and how users can provide feedback to our company regarding the accessibility level of our services.
This accessibility statement applies to the service www.kaista.fi and was last updated on December 21, 2023. The information in the statement is based on self-assessment.
Accessibility status of the service
We are constantly striving to improve the accessibility of our digital service. The service largely meets accessibility requirements, but there are still areas for improvement, particularly in the following areas:
Contents or features that are not yet accessible
We will document here the identified deficiencies in accessibility and update the list as these deficiencies are addressed.
- Some tables on the site cannot be scrolled using the keyboard. (WCAG 2.1.1 Keyboard)
- Some pages have links with identical descriptions but lead to different addresses. (WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose)
- The text of some links and buttons is not descriptive enough. (WCAG 2.4.6 Headings and Labels)
- Files downloaded from the service (such as .csv and .pdf files) are not accessible.
- The service provider is not responsible for the accessibility of third-party services. The Kaista.fi service uses a third-party service called Visma Sign for creating billing agreements

Accessibility monitoring
If you notice accessibility issues on the website, please provide feedback to us, the service provider, first. A response may take up to 14 days.
